Our Current Favorites from Four Hands

Overview
Category

Check out some of Hardt Studios recent favorite pieces from Four Hands!

When we’re sourcing pieces for a project, we’re always looking for that balance between beauty and livability—items that feel collected over time rather than pulled straight from a catalog. Four Hands continues to be one of our most trusted resources for exactly that reason. Their pieces have a way of blending organic materials, sculptural forms, and timeless details in a way that feels effortless.

Lately, we’ve been especially drawn to designs that don’t just fill a space—but quietly define it. Pieces that create a moment, anchor a room, or introduce contrast in just the right way. These are a few of our current favorites and why they stood out to us:

Herston Outdoor Rocking Chair

There’s something about this piece that immediately feels nostalgic—but not in a way that reads overly traditional. What drew us in was the mix of materials: the warmth of the teak, the texture of the cane, and the softness of the cushion all working together to create a layered, inviting moment.

In a project, we see this living on a cozy porch or a covered patio—somewhere you want to slow down. It’s not just seating; it’s an experience. A piece like this brings a sense of ease to outdoor spaces, making them feel just as considered as the interiors.

Bibianna Oval Dining Table

This table feels like a statement without trying too hard. The sculptural base immediately caught our attention—it has that architectural quality we’re always looking for—but what really elevates it is the contrast between the warm wood and the marble detailing.

We love using a piece like this to ground a dining space. Because it already has so much presence, it allows the rest of the room to stay a bit more restrained. Think soft textiles, simple lighting, and letting the table do the talking. It’s a perfect example of how one strong piece can carry an entire design.

Bremen Table Lamp

Lighting is one of our favorite ways to bring personality into a space, and this lamp does exactly that. The stacked marble base feels almost like a small sculpture—something that adds interest even when it’s turned off.

What we love most is the natural variation in the stone. It keeps the piece from feeling too polished or predictable. We’d use this on a nightstand, a console, or even in a styled bookshelf moment—anywhere you want a subtle layer of texture and depth.

Rover Nesting Table

Flexibility is something we’re always thinking about in design, and this set is such a smart solution. The ability to nest or separate the tables makes them incredibly functional, especially in living spaces that need to adapt.

Visually, the mix of antiqued metal and glass adds just enough contrast without overwhelming a room. We love these in spaces where you want a lighter footprint—something that feels open and airy but still intentional. They’re practical, but still feel elevated.

Viora Chair

This chair immediately stood out for its shape. It has that retro influence, but it’s been refined in a way that feels current and sophisticated. The contrast between the plush velvet and the sleek chrome is what really makes it work—it’s soft and structured at the same time.

We see this as an accent piece that adds personality. Whether it’s in a reading corner, a bedroom, or even pulled into a living space, it brings a little bit of attitude in the best way. It’s the kind of piece that makes a room feel more layered and lived-in.

If you want to see these pieces come to life, we’ll be sharing more soon. Next week on our socials, we’ll be doing a daily spotlight on each of these selections—showcasing exactly how we would style them in a space and the design direction behind each one. Stay tuned!
